Central Hospital has established a collaborative partnership with Mengly J. Quach Education to bolster healthcare services for the community.

On June 10, 2024, Central Hospital and Mengly J. Quach Education PLC. (MJQE) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in providing high-quality healthcare services for students, staff, and the families of Mengly J. Quach Education PLC.

The signing ceremony took place at Central Hospital in Phnom Penh, presided over by Mrs. Sim Sovannara, Director of Central Hospital, and His Excellency Dr. Quach Mengly, Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Mengly J. Quach Education PLC. The event was also attended by senior leadership and staff from both institutions, honored guests, and various media representatives.

This Memorandum of Understanding highlights the range of healthcare services to be provided to the students, staff, and families of Mengly J. Quach Education PLC., including: pre-employment health check-ups, general health examinations, annual health screenings, various vaccinations, medical treatment, and health awareness programs, among others.

Mrs. Sim Sovannara, Director of Central Hospital, expressed her pleasure regarding this collaboration, considering the partnership with Mengly J. Quach Education PLC. an important step toward delivering high-quality healthcare services.
She stated, “We are committed to ensuring that the students, staff, and families of the company receive the best possible healthcare. Together, we aim to promote well-being within the community and enhance deeper awareness of health and safety.”

His Excellency Dr. Quach Mengly, Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Mengly J. Quach Education PLC., expressed his congratulations on this new partnership. He stated:
